This full-scale remodel embodies our studio's signature: a seamless blend of old-world charm and modern refinement, where every element feels intentional and connected to its natural surroundings.
KITCHEN AND DINING
We like to think of the kitchen and dining space as the heart of Riverbend—where conversations linger long after the meal ends.
The oversized dining table—crafted for gathering—anchors the space. It’s paired with simple, timeless chairs and scalloped velvet end chairs for a little wink of personality. Suspended above, lantern-style iron pendants nod to old-world European charm while casting a soft, ambient light.
The kitchen is where form meets function, with veined arabescato marble countertops that bring movement and life. Custom white oak cabinetry adds warmth, while hand-woven stools and antique-inspired pendants invite you to pull up a seat and stay awhile. It’s a space where casual breakfasts and elegant evenings feel equally at home.
LIVING ROOM
This space was designed to feel both grounded and inviting, with a soaring stone fireplace that instantly draws you in. Though newly crafted, the fireplace’s texture and tone lend a sense of age and permanence, as though it’s always been here. We paired it with soft linen drapery, layered textiles, and comfortable furnishings that create an easy elegance—perfect for quiet mornings or lively evenings alike.
Just beyond, a moody little surprise: the bar. Tucked adjacent to the living room, this space features deep-toned cabinetry, marble shelving, and just enough drama to make cocktail hour feel a little more special. It’s the perfect place to pour a glass of wine, set the mood, and welcome guests with ease.
LAUNDRY
Proof that even the most functional spaces can be thoughtfully designed, the laundry room at combines beauty with purpose. Custom oak cabinetry provides generous storage, while the veined marble countertops create a striking statement. We extended the marble in a waterfall detail along the side of the counter, adding a sense of continuity and craftsmanship typically reserved for the home’s more public spaces. The subtle, refined details bring both charm and practicality to the space—making even the even the most ordinary moments feel like an opportunity for romanticizing the mundane.
PRIMARY SUITE
The primary suite at Riverbend Estate is designed as a personal haven—a quiet escape where the pace slows and comfort reigns. A custom canopy bed in warm natural wood anchors the room, inviting restful mornings and long, luxurious evenings. Soft, layered linens and thoughtfully curated accents create an effortless sense of calm, where every detail is intentional yet quietly understated.
The ensuite bath continues the hotel-like experience. A freestanding curved soaking tub is perfectly positioned to capture sweeping views of the river. A custom oak vanity with integrated marble trough-style sink, complemented by polished nickel fixtures, adds to the room’s relaxed refinement. Every element is designed to offer a sense of ease, where simplicity and beauty coexist in perfect harmony.
